It probably can't handle the traffic. Have they actually gone on sale or is that the same "Sold out" that was there earlier? What a shambles. |

I am seeing 'sold out', but that is probably - I hope - because of it being in my browser's cache. |

Hurrah got in! All though all the stalls I selected it said sorry we can't offer you this seat and I had to do it again! Managed to get some stalls seats though! Closer to the front than I was last Barbican show so can't complain! Thankfully a good friend has a spare ticket for the Friday which I totally missed due to the shambles last week so I should be there both shows! _________________ Some might find me borderline attractive from afar... |

Been trying since 10am for the 20th when tickets are supposed to be on sale but all I get on every seat I click on is "We are unable to offer your selected seats for this event".
I only want 1 but I'm giving up. Not amused! Merry Christmas! |

When I look at the confirmation email from the Barbican, it says the 'ticket' is in a PDF attachment, but there are no attachments.
Is this common to everyone or just me?
The body of the email has the right details, including seat number etc. |

Same here? Assumed it was because I gave my work e-mail and security removed the attachment.
Had similar issues as previous posters tried to purchase 1 stalls ticket but had to settle for circle again, not very user friendly site I'm afraid. _________________ I got faith |

Pfff. that wasn't easy but I managed to get a ticket for december 20 as well. See Tickect was a lot easier than the Barbican site.
So two days of Sparks to look forward to! |

Most of the supposedly available seats I clicked, on the Barbican website stalls seat diagram, turned out to be unavailable, but eventually I found K14, which allowed me to continue to the credit card details page. Once I filled that in and clicked Continue, it said it was authorising my card and then told me my session had timed out and I'd have to start again! I started from scratch and found K14 was no longer available on the diagram, so I started searching for another free seat. At that point, an email arrived confirming that I had booked K14.
I had selected the option to post tickets to me and the email says they will be mailed. No mention of any pdf file. I'm pleased to see they didn't charge any extra for postage. Lets hope it arrives in one piece; last week I received a card from someone which was delivered in a clear Royal Mail bag with apologies for the damage, as it had been ripped in two! _________________ Gonna hang myself from my family tree. |

I had a look at the Barbican website about 5pm last night and was surprised to find I could buy tickets so got good seats in the stalls. I told a few others about it but they couldn't get in and I've been told I probably got onto the site when they were testing it for the next day or something like that.
Getting Friday tickets last week was a shambolic nightmare so I guess I've been both unlucky and lucky here. _________________ But when I trimmed it real small my Jewish friends would never call. |

Seems a bit mad that they're on there at those prices, when they're still available (for 20th) at face value on Barbican website! _________________ Gonna hang myself from my family tree. |
