I like this one they do . Catherine playfully teasing Ron!
She also plays the fans pretty well with the song "Marcia Baila" which I assume was the last song of the set.

| I see Catherine Ringer is performing in Paris on April 28th & 29th 2020. I wonder if Ron & Russell will be joining her again on stage as these gigs are billed as Cathrine Ringer plays Les Rita Mitsouko? As with most Sparks fans my introduction to Les Rita Mitsouko was via the collaboration on Singing In The Shower and then buying the Marc & Robert album. |

The Rita Mitsuko are Catherine the singer and Fred the composer, unfortunately deceased 14 years ago. Catherine and Fred were like Ron and Russell, two real musical partners Without Fred, there is no more Rita Mitsuko  |

I 've known it for about 45 years, it is just a careless mistake which has to do with my native language, French. I am quite sure that Ron and Russell will have forgiven me.. Russell is a perfect French-speaker with a cute US-American accent. It is a pity that he did not have the opportunity to express himself in French during the Cannes festival...
Hardly anybody have heard about the band called "The Sparks" in France anyway. |
