Rogue's Gallery - it's a collection of new recordings of old pirate songs by various artists (Nick Cave, Bryan Ferry, Bono and loads of others I haven't heard of). It's surprisingly good, considering the range of artists and songs. Overall - 9/10

Due to the interest on another thread...I've decided to listen to my Digalongamax by A Raincoat...for such a short album,it is quite addictive.

You won't be disappointed! Some of the songs are interpreted in a fairly traditional way, and others are more experimental. And the filthy lyrics you get on some of these songs haven't been censored! The album was released to tie in with Pirates of the Caribbean (with Johnny Depp involved somewhere along the line), but it's not the soundtrack to the film.

The massive 'old rock" playlist is still goin'.
Right now it's Tobacco Road by The Blues Magoos. 5 out of 10.

Not a favorite song & The BM's aren't one of my favorite 60's garage bands.

Nicotina

10/10

It takes my breath away. It's sad too. Try to keep my friends from smoking by singing it for them.
