YES! That hadn't occurred to me, but I'd be surprised if they weren't planning something like that. I saw Terry Riley play that organ back in 2009. Wish I still lived in LA. |

I'm very anxiously awaiting the general sale tomorrow. I wish I had been a member of the fan club |

I went ahead and secured a very good seat in the early sale for fan club members. And now I have to figure out getting there and lodging and all that too. But we've got until February _________________ -- Tyler

If you're not familiar with the venue, the WD Concert Hall isn't very large. Acoustically its great because its made just for the LA Philharmonic. The audience surrounds the stage, and pretty much every seat is a good one.
If you're flying from out of town, keep an eye out on the airfare. LAX is the best airport to fly in, and downtown LA is about 20-30 minutes from the airport.
If you're looking to stay near the Concert Hall, there is the Grand Central Market within walking distance. Chinatown, Little Tokyo and LA Live / Staples Center are a bus or uber ride away.
The light rail that can take you to Long Beach or Hollywood runs in downtown, as well as Union Station where you can catch the Amtrak. If you're looking for something to do before the concert, the Broad museum is literally across the street from the Concert Hall. Tickets are free, but you do need a reservation.
Do note that there are many pockets in the downtown area with a LOT of homeless people. They literally take up a block which is called "skid row" which is just a few blocks from WD Concert Hall. |

"Fully vaccinated Britons will be able to visit the US for the first time in 18 months from early November.
The White House announced on Monday that it was lifting its blanket ban on travellers from the UK and EU"
Looks like I should be there on 7 February, although there's no announcement yet as to whether the US will accept the astrazeneca vaccine. _________________ www.britbitsandclips.com
