I'm pretty naive about these sites and have a few questions. Are these bootleg tapes that folks share for free? Audio or video? Is this legal? Will the sites damage my computer?
I really hope there will be an official DVD released -- I cannot imagine a better concert and I would happily watch it repeatedly! _________________ "Gratitude for having thought of me. I know your time is tight, and yet you thought of me." |

Did anyone else see where Sparks is now on dime's NAB list? :(
MJHSolomon: yes, the shows are free (one shouldn't pay $ for these things) and the files shouldn't hurt your computer. One can get either audio or video. The legality of it is in question, but like in dime's case, if a band's management doesn't want the sharing of a band's music, they can demand it not be shared (as has just recently happened with Sparks at the request of Republic Media). |

Who are you to say that one shouldn't have to pay for music. It's how musicians feed their families. And the artist should not have to chase counterfeiting scum down. Get got it! YOU ARE NO FRIEND OF SPARKS. _________________ What's in that burger....has it got mayonnaise.....give it to me!!!!!! |

Huh? You misunderstood me, I guess. What I wrote was that no one should pay for a bootleg. The sites listed on this thread are offering the recordings for free. I was responding to MJHSolomon's question about that and that he/she shouldn't pay $ for it. Okay? Sheesh. |
